POSITION SUMMARY: Provide overall human resources support and
leadership to separate manufacturing/warehousing operations across the
3 business groups that physically reside at the complex.
Responsibilities include: managing human resources activities such as
recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management,
compensation and benefit matters, and related areas.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 8-12
years of progressive human resources experience, to include experience
with multiple locations. Person must viewed as promotable in 3-5 years.
Bachelor`s degree in human resources or equivalent education and
experience; Master`s degree preferred. Person must be very polished and
able to communicate at all levels from hourly up through director
level. Must have a track record of success with world class companies.

We would like to see a candidate from
the plant level, not a corporate HR Manager that has a BS/BA degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience,
including 2 in a senior generalist or supv role, out of manufacturing
environment. Must have a well rounded generalist background to include
staffing, training, employee development, succession planning &
performance management. Will be responsible for implementing,
planning & supporting HR programs & policies for this division.
Will assist international locations with rolling out policies but each
plant has a HR Mgr.

We are looking for a HR Manager that has a BS/BA degree in HR with at least 5 years of
progressive HR experience out of unionized plant. Strong preference for
advanced degree and SPHR certifications. Must have well-rounded HR
generalist background to include knowledge of labor law, labor
relations, benefits administration, organizational development, salary
administration, and training. Will manage
the administration of the HR programs and labor relations for a plant
of approx 350 hourly and 35 salaried employees.

Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Human Resource Manager, with manufacturing experience, that has a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Human Resource generalist. A BA in business or HR related field is required with a SPHR of PHR certification preferred. Develop and execute solid recruiting strategies focused on attracting and retaining talent. Conducts all aspects of the recruiting process and new employee orientation. Provide guidance, coaching and support to management and staff regarding employee relation issues, performance management, interpretation of employment laws and Regulatory policies and procedures. Conduct investigations and make recommendations regarding issues of disputes or misconduct. Implement human resources programs and services that are responsive to the needs of the plant and support of the company's strategic goals. Supervise location HR Representatives. Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as directed.
